Christmas Service

Our Christmas Service at Southwark Cathedral was a lovely celebration for the whole school community. Father Michael Rawson welcomed everyone, and a pupil in Year 6 began the service beautifully with the solo verse of Once in Royal David’s City. Children from across the school contributed through readings and songs, including Away in a Manger, It Was on a Starry Night, Silent Night and Somewhere in My Memory. Mrs Scott gave the address, and prayers written by Year 5 children were shared. It was wonderful to finish the service with everyone singing Hark the Herald Angels Sing together.
