Stars of the Week: Freddie and Christina
This week we had a fantastic trip to the Buddhapadipa Temple! We explored the temple grounds and stopped for lunch, overlooking the temple. Our tour was incredibly interesting! After taking our shoes off at the temple entrance, we listened to the history of Buddhism, with the main Buddhist statues as our backdrop. To conclude our trip, we enjoyed a simple mindfulness session in which we got to experience the true serenity of a Buddhist temple.
