There are lots of Jr Musical Vocal (with voices) & Accompaniment (without voices) tracks online.

Listen to the vocal track first. Practise singing along. Many times!

Then try the accompaniment track. It will feel difficult at first, but you’ll get an idea of the parts you don’t know so well.

Go back to the vocal track and practise again. Then keep switching back to the accompaniment track.

Practise lots of times so the lines become automatic. It can be difficult singing in front of people, so knowing the songs without thinking about them is essential!
