Stars of the Week: Raina & Thomas
This week, we went on a trip to Buckingham Palace for a creative writing workshop. It was School’s Week, so we had the place (almost) to ourselves! We enjoyed looking at lots of fantastic artwork, with many pieces being over 400 years old! We visited the Throne Room and the Ballroom, where we thought about vocabulary and descriptive phrases to help build our own stories.
Over the next few weeks, we will be writing our own short stories based on the palace.
