Stars of the Week: Christine & Ibrahim
This week, in RE, we continued our topic of justice and freedom by looking at what the Bible teaches us about this in Exodus. We discussed how God cares about injustice, hears the cries of people who suffer and takes action to bring about freedom and save them. We talked about how God cares about injustice, giving Moses the task of saving the Israelites and how achieving justice often requires people to take action, challenge unfairness and help those who are suffering. We then created our own posters, using a quote from the passage or our own interpretation of what was said.
