Another great week in Year 3!
Stars of the Week: Lilian and Robert
We continued creating our Van Gogh-inspired artwork. We sketched the outlines of buildings and began adding these details to our paintings, thinking carefully about shape, line and composition.
In PE, we worked on improving our throwing accuracy by aiming beanbags into hoops. We then developed our throwing skills using netballs, focusing on control and accuracy in our passing.
In Humanities, we learned how to draw a simple map using a key and symbols. We discussed how symbols can represent different places and features clearly on a map.
Another positive and productive week. Well done, Year 3!
