Stars of the Week: Meadow and Anxo
Another busy week in Year 3!
In RE, we finished our own WISDOM acrostic poems, exploring the meaning of wisdom and sharing ideas about making thoughtful choices as well as showing kindness.
In English, we wrote descriptions of a stormy walk for our English display, choosing powerful vocabulary to help readers imagine the scene in this unit’s book ‘The Seal Surfer’. It was lovely to see the children’s writing proudly presented!
We also explored different ways of keeping active in PSHE, creating mind maps filled with activities such as football, swimming, cycling and dancing.
