Sophia and Raheem
Well done to Sophia and Raheem, who have done some great Phonics work this week. They have both been applying their phonic knowledge to their reading and writing, identifying digraphs and trigraphs in words, as well as become more confident in reading tricky words. Well done!
A brilliant Book Day!
Last Friday, the children enjoyed taking part in World Book Day! It was great to see everyone dressed up as explorers and their favourite book characters! The children took part in a ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ workshop, which inspired us to make bear hunt maps. The children also had the opportunity to spend time in different classes, listening to stories read by other teachers, as well as take part in fun activities within our classroom!
