Stars of the Week: Kayden and Elena
This week in Maths, we have progressed on to short multiplication with whole numbers and decimals. The children worked hard to ensure their methods were kept neat and they included the decimal point in the correct place. Well done for progressing so quickly through this work. After JCA next week, we will start looking at long multiplication.
In English this week, Class 6 have been writing a suspense story about ‘The Cave’. The children looked at different features of suspense writing and began writing with short, snappy sentences and onomatopoeia.
