Stars of the Week: Xanthe & Freddie
Last week, we celebrated Book Week in Cathedral School. Our theme for the week was ‘explorers’ and we enjoyed learning all about the daring expeditions of Ernest Shackleton and his crew as they tried to be the first to reach the South Pole. We researched his life and achievements in order to write our own biographies which will be going on display.
We also enjoyed a variety of activities on the Friday – reading with Class 2, Mystery Reader and a drama workshop!
