Stars of the week: Florence & Ibrahim<\/strong><\/p>\n

The children were delighted to welcome Animals UK<\/span><\/span>, who introduced them to a range of fascinating animals. They learnt interesting facts about each creature, asked thoughtful questions, and even had the chance to safely handle some of the animals. The workshop sparked lots of curiosity and enthusiasm across the class.<\/p>\n

Later in the week, Class 4 visited Southwark Cathedral<\/span><\/span>, where they explored the meaning behind different signs and symbols found within the cathedral. The visit helped deepen their understanding of religious symbolism and allowed them to connect their learning to a real-life setting. In the afternoon, they even made their own mosaics linked to their art topic and re-learnt about some of the Roman gods and goddesses.<\/p>\n
