They have been learning how to improve their vocabulary using thesauruses, extend sentences using subordinating clauses, and add short sentences for dramatic impact. The children were also very careful with their speech punctuation, learning how to include reported clauses in different positions within a sentence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"833\">In PSHE, the children learnt about money and the different ways it is earned.
