Stars of the week: Avani & Tehya
In class 4, they have produced brilliant designs for their DT projects – battery operated lights. The children made design criteria before making their products, thinking about the size, brightness, purpose of their item and who they will be creating their item for.
In Math, class 4 have worked very hard on their division and multiplication and are able to apply written and mental methods to worded problems.
In English, the class have been planning and writing excellent play scripts based on ‘The Beauty and the Beast ‘ by Laurence Boswell. They have been looking at the different features of a playscript, how to show emotion through actions and stage directions.
