Stars of the week: Orla & Ethan
This week in Class 4, the children have been enthusiastic creating their own TV news reports around the book ‘The Iron Man’. They have shown great teamwork to produce excellent news reports so far. The children have carefully thought about the 5 ‘W’s needed to present the news and considered eye witness statements to enhance their stories.
In Math, they have been diving into statistics, looking at a range of different ways data can be presented. From bar charts to line graphs, the class have interpreted and problem solved a range of questions and can now identify the mistakes or gaps in a data set.
