Stars of the week: All of Class 4
A massive congratulations to Class 4 and the effort, determination and resilience shown during the Easter Cathedral Service. They performed, sang and danced brilliantly. A very big well done!
This week in Class 4, the children have continued to explore time – reading and comparing different formats time can come in. This included analogue clocks, 12 and 24 hour digital clocks. The children used their knowledge to answer word based questions.
In English and linking with our history topic, the children researched Greek mythology in preparation for a letter to the almighty Zeus. With their newly formed gods/goddesses the children will be using persuasive devices to encourage Zeus to let their god/goddess inhabit the mighty Mount Olympus.
