Stars of the week: Gabriel and Faith
This week, year 3 have been taking a closer look at some of Vincent Van Gogh’s landscape paintings. We explored the patterns and heavy brushstrokes he used to create his post-impressionist style scenes. Year 3 were inspired by the colours and designs they saw in his painting of olive tree’s and tried their hand at an impressionistic landscape design with some oil pastels. Well done for a terrific week Year 3!
