Stars of the week: Jenaya and Jabez
This week, Year 3 have been busy conducting experiments and meeting some exciting guests. When Animals UK came to visit for science day, Class 3 were incredibly brave in the name of science and got up close to a variety of animals and insects including a tarantula and a snake! Later, they concluded their sunflower experiments by measuring the plants that have been growing under different conditions and finding out that water has a huge part to play in whether a sunflower grows or not. Too much or not enough water meant the plant didn’t grow at all! Well done on all your scientific discoveries Class 3!
