Stars of the week: Romeo and Lucia
This week, Year 3 have been writing playscripts based on the novel ‘Oliver and the Seawigs’. We looked at the differences between formal and informal language in our grammar lessons, and used our knowledge to create a script for the sarcastic seaweed we met in the book. Year 3 got the hang of sarcasm quickly, and created some fantastic scripts that they then had the chance to act out. Well done for a great week year 3!
