Stars of the week: Sienna and Alexander
Last week, year 3 had the opportunity to visit the London Museum Docklands to explore the Secrets of the Thames exhibition. We looked at so many objects found on the banks of the river, including a set of false teeth, a glass eyeball, a Viking’s pendent and so much more. It was incredible to see the things they had found and hear some of the stories of the mudlarkers that found them. We even had a go at some mudlarking skills in the mudlark gallery where we practiced construction skills and finding objects beneath a water play table. Year 3 were very mature during their visit and had so many compliments on their behaviour. Well done year 3!
